Here are some more pictures of the models at Godzilla Encounter. It's been rumored that LP modeled the new Godzilla's behavior off of bears. This design is distinctly bear-like. This may not be the final design we see in the movie, but it gives you a sense of the direction they're going in. The creature's tail looks an awful like the one in the new teaser poster.
Not to mention the head sorta kinda looks like the one from that screenshot of the trailer from last year's Comic-Con.
