New Official Godzilla 2014 Poster

Legendary recently unveiled their new official Godzilla 2014 movie poster art just before revealing the Official main trailer. The King is returning soon. Awesome!!

How Big is the New Godzilla?

Just how big is the new Godzilla from the 2014 reboot from Legendary Pictures? He's estimated to be between 120-150 meters(394-492 feet) tall. That makes him the biggest Godzilla yet  and maybe the biggest movie monster of all time. Fitting for the king of the monsters. The kaiju from Pacific Rim wouldn't stand a chance. Here are some cool Godzilla size comparison posters.

MUTO Monster Trailer Stills

Here are some still images of the MUTO monsters from the new Godzilla 2014 trailer. The first ones show a MUTO with wings diving into the ocean. The others are of a MUTO leg coming down in front of some soldiers. The last shows a missle encased with what are presumably MUTO eggs. These things are wicked, a great adversary for big G. Can't wait!

Godzilla 2014 Official Main Trailer Online!!

Well Godzilla fans, the months of waiting are over since the first official trailer. The Godzilla 2014 official main trailer was recently released. We get to hear Bryan Cranston talking about something big that the government was hiding that could, "Send us back to the stone age." Later Ken Watanabe gives us a little back story, that in 1954, "We awakened something.", and about the 1950's nuclear tests, "They were trying to kill it." We also see lots of destruction with Godzilla's spines emerging from the water. Aaron-Taylor Johnson asks, "Can you kill it?". We see Watanabe walking through the remains of a gigantic skeleton. He gives us the movie's theme with the line, "The arrogance of man is thinking that nature is in our control....and not the other way around." We also get glimpses of Godzilla's new foes, the MUTO monsters. We see the spiked leg of one, somewhat reminiscent of the insect monsters from Starship Troopers, and one with wings plummeting into the ocean. The last moments, we get a front glimpse of Godzilla's face. It kind of reminds me of the CGI Godzilla from the scene in Always 2. This movie will be a monster hit. See for yourself.
