Godzilla Toys and Action Figures

Are you looking for Godzilla toys and action figures from Japan? The best deals and selection are from Amazon.com. Most of these imports and not available in US stores. Many of the most popular toys aren't Godzilla at all, but his various opponents. Check out these great deals and get them before their gone.

Bandai Godzilla - S.H.MonsterArts
This is an exciting, all new Godzilla figure from Bandai. Designed by renowned sculpturer Yuji Takai, this figure shows unprecedented detail and a whopping 29 points of articulation. The design is similar to the 100 meter tall Godzilla of the 1990's. It can be posed in many stances, including atomic ray attack and a very rare swiming pose. The craftmanship is superb and it is simply the best figure to come out of Japan in a long time. A triumph!

6" Godzilla: Godzilla Action Figure (Japanese Import)
This is a finely crafted and detailed import toy from Japan not available in American stores. This is Godzilla from the "Heisei" series. Heisei is the name of the current Japanese Emperor and refers to the movies made from 1985 to 1995. The 90's Godzilla was the biggest, reaching a height of 100 meters(328 feet)! With a cat-like face and serpentine-like neck, this Godzilla is one of the best designs ever. It comes with the Japanese tag still attached. Don't miss this, perfect for any collection.

Godzilla Bandai 6.5 Inch Classic Figure Godzilla Millennium
This is Godzilla from the Godzilla 2000 milenium movie. It's one of the most original designs ever. This high quality 6.5 inch action figure from Japanese maker Bandai has a ferel, lizard-like appearance and purple, crystalline spines. The pose is unique too and shows Godzilla advancing quickly. His arms, legs, and tail are posable. Only one left in stock, order now!

large godzilla final war deluxe action figure
This figure is very exciting. It's the Final Wars Godzilla, supposedly the last Japanese Godzilla film. (yeah right!) In this movie,he fights and defeats all the monsters single handed. This is one of the biggest figures, too. It stands a full 10.5 inches(26.5 cm). It has excellent detail and paint job and is fully posable. It comes in a cool open-air box.

Mecha Godzilla Vinyl Figure (7" Tall)
Mechagodzilla is one of Godzilla's greatest enemies. Mechagodzilla has appeared in a total of five movies in various icarnations. This Mechagodzilla comes from Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla(2002) from the millennium series. In this version Mechagodzilla is not merely a robot, but a cyborg built over the skeleton of the first Godzilla. It is somewhat alive and has memories and in one scene goes berzerk and rampages through the city. It has a name, Kiryu; the Chinese Characters literally translate to "Machine Dragon". This 7 inch tall Japan Import is very detailed, poable and features the drill hand it used in the movie. It comes with the original tag attached and packaged in a plastic bag. Only two left in stock!

Godzilla MechaGodzilla 12" Classic Figure
This toy is huge. a whopping 12 inches tall! This is the same Mechgodzilla as mentioned above. Kiryu is posable and lightweight. The detail is great, just how it appeared in the movies. It has two hands, no drill. I especially like the head. It has a very dragon-like appearance. A must have!

King Ghidorah 9" Action Figure (Japan Godzilla Import)

King Ghidorah is Godzilla's most famous enemy. This three-headed, two-tailed, golden space dragon has fought Godzilla in no less than seven movies over the years. This incarnation is from 1991's Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah was probably the most complex Godzilla movie. They have a new terrestrial origin to King Ghidorah and later he returns as Mecha King Ghidorah(see below). At 9 inches, it's taller than most toys in the line and this is appropriate to the character. Most of Godzilla's opponents have been bigger than he was. The wings are movable and it has good detail. Great for a collection, but sturdy enough for children's play. Comes with the original tag, not available in US stores.

Godzilla Japanese 9 Inch Vinyl Figure Mecha King Ghidorah Re-Paint
This is Mecha King Ghidorah from the same 1991 movie mentioned above. It is not from the movie Final Wars. After King Ghidorah was defeated by Godzilla, time travellers journey to the future, recover the body of King Ghidorah and transform him into a cyborg. They then travel back to the present to attack Godzilla. I'll let you guess who won. Mecha King Ghidorah is impressive with a cybornetic middle head and various other parts. In the movie, he featured a giant claw, "Machine Hand" that came out of his chest and was used to capture Godzilla. The toy does not have this part. Great for kids of all ages.

Godzilla 6.5 Inch Deluxe Vinyl Figure Space Godzilla
Space Godzilla is one of Godzilla's most unusual foes. In the 1994 movie, Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla, some of Godzilla's cells travel into space and get sucked into a black hole. The cells grow and it returns to Earth as the sillicon-based, crystalline Space Godzilla. It has crystals for spines and two huge crystals on it's shoulder, used as a power source. This toy is rare and hard to find. Amazon has the best price and standard delivery is quick. Good for the fan who has everything.

Bandai JAPAN Movie Monster Series: RODAN
Rodan is one of the most famous Japanese monsters. He starred in his own movie in the 50's and then appeared in many Godzilla films. In Japan, he is known as "Radon", which is short for Pteranadon. This toy is Rodan from 2005's Final Wars. In that film, Rodan attacks New York. It also has the original Japanese tag and is not available in stores. You can have hours of fun dive bombing the other monster toys with the King of the Skies.

Bandai JAPAN Movie Monster Series: ANGUIRUS
Anguirus is a fan favorite. I grew up knowing him as Angilas, Anguirus is the original Japanese name and is a variation of Anklyosaurus. Anguirus was the frst monster Godzilla fought in the 1955 movie Godzilla Raids Again after the original Gojira in 1954. He later became a strong ally of Godzilla and they fought side by side many times. This toy, however is his reincrnation from Final Wars. I personally liked him better in this film that Godzilla himself. He stole every scene he was in. He had a new armadillo-like spinning attack which was so much fun. The toy is 11 inches long; 4 inches of that is tail. A must have.

7" Godzilla 2005 Gigan Action Figure (Japan Import).
Godzilla vs. Gigan(1977) was not a great movie, but it was the first appearance of one of big G's coolest enemies. Gigan is a cyborg space monster summoned to Earth by an alien race. He has one red eye, hooks for hands and feet and a giant buzz saw on his chest. Cold and merciless, it destroys everything in it's path. This Gigan is from 2005' s Final Wars. This is the coolest Godzilla toy ever! The color and deail are superb. He features interchangable blades or saws for hands. A must have for any collection.

Jet Jaguar 6" Action Figure - From Godzilla Movie Monster Series
This was one of my favorite characters as a kid. Godzilla vs. Megalon(1976) featured a four-way, tag team monster battle with Megalon and Gigan on one side and Godzilla and Jet Jaguar on the other. Jet Jaguar was a home-made robot made by an inventive genius. It later grows to gargantuan size to aid Godzilla against the space monsters. He can fly, knows kung-fu and has X-ray vision. This movie was frankly a little silly; made at a time when the Godzilla series was in decline. Jet Jaguar was patterned after Ultraman and other TV robot heroes which were immensely popular at the time. Ironically, the Ultraman series was made to emulate Godzilla movies. However, Jet Jaguar has remained a fan favorite. This action figure is new. It's the first Jet Jaguar released in more than a decade. It's durable and exactly matches the robot from the movie.
