No way to confirm one way or another, but I'm pretty sure this is a fan made poster design. It shows his massive size compared to the whales and it seems to suggest Godzilla is peaceful to other sea life, more like he's part of the natural ecosystem rather than a dark power of destruction. Some say the head design is remenicent of the 1998 Sony Godzilla. Personally, I think it's closer to the Milenium Godzilla. You be the judge.
